I did register my son for the Science Fair as well as the Talent Show. I wasn't sure what the next steps are, could you please assist?

Science Fair info:
Open to all homeschool students
Recommended ages: 4-18
Projects may be individual or small group (up to 5 students)
Each participant must provide:
A display board or presentation
A brief written explanation of their project (age-appropriate)
A hands-on model, experiment, or visual (encouraged!)
Ability to explain the project to visitors/judges
⚠️ No dangerous chemicals, flames, or hazardous materials allowed.
Projects will be judged by age group
Focus on:
Creativity
Effort
Understanding of topic
Presentation
Certificates, ribbons, and prizes will be awarded
Parents may assist with setup
Projects should be student-led
Volunteers needed for:
Setup
Judging helpers
Clean-up
All students will setup up on Monday display to family on Wednesday and open to public on Friday for anyone to view.
For the talent show there are no auditions. Bring the talent and we will showcase. We will have a rehearsal practice the week before so that the kids feel comfortable!
